Just responding as a data point. I am also having difficulty too. The online chat service said the same, that there is an IT issue. I am also unable to redeem or view my Orbucks. Recently, I made a few reservations and during the booking process, it stated that I would earn Orbucks. But when the reservation was completed, there was no mention of Orbucks on the reservation itself (both made online and on the phone app). History link seems to not be working either still!
