Thank You for your response. After scouring the internet and several blogs I found a UK-based phone number that is still live and was able to talk to a Customer Service Agent who has now registered me for the 'Earn 2 Ways on 2-Night Stays" promotion (SN24) and it is now showing as such in my account so this matter is now resolved.
