I recently changed tiers, and wanted to add the updated membership card to Apple Wallet.

In my haste, I forgot to delete the old card, and tried adding in the new card, and when that didn't work, I deleted the old card but the new one can't be added. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Cathay app, tried deleting and re-installing the AsiaMiles app, reset phone settings (but not factory reset) and I still can't get the digital membership card in the wallet. Any ideas?
