Hello-
Southwest Flight Credits cannot be converted to RR points. Are you able to pay for the flight in question entirely with your RR points? If so, I would consider that option. Otherwise I would pay the difference in fare with cash if you're able to.
Although SW does have a Cash+Points option for flights which would allow you to book a flight with cash (which would include redeeming a Flight Credit) and then redeem RR points for a $XX-off discount at check out, I would only use this option in an emergency situation. I've found that the point redemption value for all the $XX-off options under the Cash+Points option have been in the $0.00625/point range during my last few flight bookings with SW which is well below SW's estimated point value which could range anywhere from $0.013-$0.016/points on flights based on my most recent flight experiences. That would mean that you'll be spending more than twice the amount of points under the hybrid option than you would if you paid entirely in points.
Hope this helps!
