I don't know if you get residual FFC, but on UA.com the ticket still says OTA issued (phone agents say the same) and they advise you to make changes with the OTA directly. And I think it warns you that there will be no residual FFC, but I don't remember for sure.

Our corporate discount is practically zero, and of course we forfeit the residual anyway on the TA booking. Interesting to know that this may be a workaround for that. UA third-party tickets do not get FFC. UA fares filed in GDS explicitly say lower fare ignore residual in Category 16/31.
