Sadly there seems to be no way to get a new QR code... I had setup using Authy a long while back. But I've migrated everything over to Bitwarden Authenticator recently... everything except for BA, which provides zero options online for setting up a new app for authentication, and 2 customer service reps had NO CLUE what I was talking about.
