Yes, below is the message when I go to "change" a TA-booked/issued flight directly on UA.com. Our corporate discount is practically zero, and of course we forfeit the residual anyway on the TA booking. Interesting to know that this
may be a workaround for that. I have made changes this way, usually to up-fare, and haven't had any issues, but I've always then flown the ticket as re-booked.
You purchased this corporate discounted ticket through a third party, so we encourage you to contact the original ticketing agency to make changes.
