That sounds pretty bad indeed. My experience with TK J is limited, but while the crews generally weren't proactive with refills, I never had issues with getting another round using the call button. I managed to drink a couple of glasses of raki on IST-AMS!

I'm flying almost the same route next winter so I really hope I'll have a better experience.
