Programs: It's hard to get status when the website won't let me book flights.

Frustrating - trying to manage my FP booking for the 22nd I can't - it just errors out (as in I can't even go into the details to cancel it). My FP flights for Sept 14, Oct 5th, Oct 18th, Nov 3rd etc I can go into and manage (or cancel) just fine.

Extra frustrating because I was just going to get my credit back and book for a different day, and its the last credit in that FP.
