Thanks for everyone's input, does seem like there are some pitfalls I hadn't considered - to be clear, I'm not actively looking for anyone to join me (I'm the type of person who's generally very content on their own), it just occurred to me that while I've had access to the CCR and other lounges previously, I've never made use of the ability to take a guest in.
