they are going to institute OLCI for international soon...
1) Allow search by flights with R class available, and allow you to process the upgrade online. If they don't like people calling in to buy tickets, they probably don't like them calling in to check on upgrade space. This is an obvious money saver for them.
2) most important to me is this business of international upgrades...
they need better availability, and preferably allow elites to upgrade from KBV maybe. I don't have a problem with them not letting you upgrade a $300 transat fare.
3) let elites pay to upgrade at time of booking, I'd gladly pay $50 more to get my 'free' upgrade confirmed at booking on a transcon. This would cut down on the free upgrades, but people who need their squishy first class seat would get it....
4) On the 777, see if they can change the agreement for the crew rest seats. They only have 1 pilot who is going to be asleep at once, so they don't really need four whole seats out of commission, sell 2 of them (either $ or miles)
5) stop cutting out the first class seats. geez. No plat wants to be stuck in the ever-increasingly present 753's now.
6) If all these newfangled europe routes are going to be run on 752's, nobody will like CO's "BF" product 'cause the 752 BF is inferior to the 767/777. Make sure they put in power at least!
Routes: Lets see the 3rd daily TLV flight

, CO should also look at EWR-Bangalore (maybe even via TLV as there is significant israeli traffic to India)
