The morning offer for CDG departures is slightly preferable, although sometimes the quality of breads disappoints. This is still weird food for breakfast, but ok, they're making an effort to be "creative."
Food on evening departures is generally more to my liking. This stuff can at least compete with LH's Tasting Heimat. Which doesn't set the highest bar, but of course AF's offerings have to be seen in the context of what the competition offers.
I'm generally happy with AF crews on short haul -- they're friendly, make an effort, and keep glasses topped off.
good summary ! I agree with your recap
