BA has the non-alcoholic gin in the lounges too (not sure on board) which is great if you have to drive after your flight. I tried the N/A beer that JL has on their flight last month and it's perfectly fine. I know I asked in the QR Al Safwa if they had any N/A Gin, unfortunately not.
