I agree, but wouldn't know who to report it to. Directly to LH? What would I even reference or ask for? I feel like it's so odd I will be ignored. I thought perhaps I would come on here and find a megathread where this is a common thing, but now it seems even more strange.
Well, you could use the feedback form on lh.com & file a complaint.

Or, to ensure matters are properly investigated, BFDI ( Federal Commissioner for Data protection )
