I had a staycation here a couple of days ago. First time, since I recently moved from SoCal. As a Globalist, I am honestly far from being impressed. Elite recognition is lacking, no upgrade even though all 3 types of suites were available, room is small for this area. The interior is average-ish. Room was weirdly humidly cold. Breakfast was okay, but I would take Intercontinental's breakfast over this any day, maybe even the Sheraton's. Staffs were nice. Maybe because I came in with high expectation?
I stay at this hotel 4-6 times a year and as a Globalist that has been my experience too. Staff is very nice and very kind but they lack knowledge of World of Hyatt program or care less of our status.
I have notice some Hyatt properties are like that.
