Should we see points in HFB account for all our stays?
I signed up to HFB, mainly for double nights. I have stayed a number of times, sometimes on the HFB rate, sometimes on the normal rate. Each time I have had my double nights post and the "Hilton for Business Double Nights Credit" clearly is shown in my points statement.
My HFB Account clearly shows my spend in dollars and upcoming spend. However, my "total points" still show as 0.
Anyone know why this would be? It was not the main attraction of the program to me. However, if long term I get no additional points for using HFB, I have less incentive to keep using it after the double nights promotion ends.
As per the HfB T&C (which I assume you read before joining the programme), the HfB business owner will see a one time 7,500 points bonus for the first stay by themselves or any registered employee.
Thereafter: 5,000 points for each 10 nights stayed by any.of the HfB business owner or any registered employee.
For the above two items, only stays booked on a "Hilton for Business" rate count and will be shown in the HfB account management portal. Any stays booked using other rates do not count towards points earning and will not show in the HfB portal.
Points accrued in the HfB account can be moved to the personal account of the business owner or any registered employee, in increments of 500 points.
