Didn't think about it until your post but since Delta is using “regional” named chefs it would be interesting when all 3 are open end of year where the best culinary options lay..
The LAX one will be more Pacific/Asian focused while the JFK one is “French Brasserie” so it won’t necessarily be apples-to-apples, and may come down to which type of cuisine one prefers.
On a side note, heard that the JFK one is due for a menu refresh around October 2024
