It could ranked 1st or 101st by Skytrax and it wouldn't matter a jot. IGA is simply an unpleasant experience, from the queues to enter to the queues for food. I use it when travelling BA, but it represents a good reason not to to travel BA.

The TK lounges aren't perfect - though they come close to perfection in comparison to IGA.
