I'm not going to put it past AC to compress a bunch of Jazz flights (e.g. 12 flights > 6 for a given route pairing) and cite "crew availability" and/or "unavailable aircraft" issues as the cancellation reason. Speculation of course, and we'll see next week, but considering Jazz flights are frequently used for connections - I wouldn't be surprised if AC decides it has no reason to run largely empty flights.

Not sure I'd take that risk if I had travel plans in < 7 days, I'd rebook out of the AC network entirely.
I would be very surprised if the AC/Jazz arrangement did not guarente flights either at a fixed cost to AC or fixed cost + some load delta, and Jazz would thus happily run empty aircraft and bill accordingly.
