When I walked through the hallway to the Sky Club there was considerable preparation activity in the Delta One Lounge. I also snapped a photo of the final touches they are putting on the Delta One Lounge Sky Deck.

Excellent - thanks for the update. This much progress is a good sign - I think - for an on time opening (hopefully)!
