In my experence, the rule of thumb is that it goes back to the underlying prime (QR) booking class. Of course with codeshares anything can happen. Curious as to whether there was a specific reason you booked these as a BA codeshare rather than just QR code.
Safest course of action would be to credit these to BA or QR
