Caribbean destinations look to be limited to PLS, POP, and NAS. Although there are non-sale awards on DTW-CUR available from 37.4K roundtrip in Main with Amex discount which is fairly decent (Mon-Thu travel required).

Just noticed BGI is also included in sale -- 28.8K roundtrip in Main for DTW-BGI with Amex discount. Revenue Main fares start at $730 roundtrip on DTW-BGI.
