No access at BOS unfortunately. Your F award does give you access to an Alaska Lounge because it is over 2,000 miles but there aren't any ALs in BOS. You would have access at PDX AL though. Because your OW status is with AS, you don't get OW lounge access benefits based only on AS domestic F flights.
