In the past, I've enjoyed booking business class tix on Air Europa JFK-MAD using flying blue miles, but lately it seems that AF isn't showing these awards on the website and agents can't see the space when I call in. The tix are showing as avail through Korean Air and Etihad websites, and Virgin Atlantic can see the space and book it when calling in (I helped a friend ticket something on UX via VS last week). Wondering what the issue is with AF and if anyone has successfully booked UX through flying blue lately?
