I went through BWI (D pier) this morning, kept my shoes on, and was not harassed. The lines were fairly long but moved quickly, possibly due in part to the lack of shoe carnival today.

BWI can be very inconsistent with its shoe policy, however. There were a couple of times last summer when I was sent to secondary because I kept my shoes on through the WTMD, but hopefully things have improved on a more general level.
