Appreciate all the comments and advice. Unfortunately my Surname does carry an ' (which has been a bane of my life). Either way i have tried with or without and cross checking all the other details for typos.
Also filled out the membership number without copying and pasting as that was my first thoughts...

Like mentioned above, think the only thing left to do is book and then call AA afters to add the membership number on. However i will try again all the comments above one last time...
