On a recent flight the lovely crew donated a box of the Lindt chocolates to my boy as they're his favourite, but upon opening, the box did not contain enough of his preferred flavour. I've submitted a complaint and am awaiting a deposit of at least 100,000 avios into both mine and my son's accounts.
