That may be entirely true, but that doesn't mean one cannot find good Mexican in NYC. NYC may have "the best" pizza, but that doesn't mean I can't find good pizza elsewhere (including New Orleans, where I live now, even though people in New Orleans like to insist that you have to go to NYC for good pizza).
