That's a good question and the choices might be the following CI702/704/710 to the DL TPE-ICN/CI022 all skyteam or NH870 to NH118 entirely Star Alliance from a PR delayed MNL-TPE. Do this the opposite way SEA-MNL using the DL/PR example if delayed you'll do it as this way SEA-TPE-MNL CI021/701 SEA-ICN-MNL KE042 to KE621/625/623 SEA-HND-MNL NH117 to NH869. The last one can be rerouted via TPE as BR025 to BR271 or UA SEA-SFO-MNL possibly SQ27 to SQ918 11pm arrival in NAIA T3
