Checked out of here a couple weeks ago and found that I was not awarded any base points despite spending hundreds of dollars at the spa and Acacia House. Reached out to Hyatt corporate who stated:

"In researching, the reason you did not receive points for spa and dining is that this location does not participate in the Dining, Spa and More program."

Not sure if it's well known that this property plays games with earning base points, but it's sad to see.
