Snow making it slippery
Low cloud obscuring visibilty until just before the wheels hit the tarmac
The runways are crap and slippery
and some of the landing aids might not be working.
.......and you are mad at the airline
By the way, how long have you been living in YYT. This is normal for many times of the year.
