Just changed a ticket online. Same price but my 80 PPs were returned to me. No problem, I'll just re-apply them since PZ is still open on the TPAC. Nope, go to "Upgrade cabin" and all I get back is a page with my mileage balance, PP balance and "Select Flight" which is totally blank. Logged out/in, etc. and can't get it to work now. Ticket was already re-issued as it's in my Inbox. Guess I have to go waste an agents time to help me.
