I'm surprised they haven't diligently followed up with you every 5 days to say it'll take 5 more days.

My Olympus was showing transfer balance remaining of 145k miles instead of 150k from day one. Called in to have it corrected - understood from the conversation that the CS has no clue what I was talking about. So I mailed them on 22nd Jul... asking them to fix it. They kept calling back every 3-5 days asking for another 3-5 days to resolve. Wasn't a big issue so I was more eager to get off the phone than yell at them for taking so long. Finally they sent me an email around 5th Sept saying "we give up, we don't have a clue about how to fix this problem. you can make a manual request and we'll transfer the points for you manually". It seems like a pretty simple problem to fix... but not for Axis.

I don't think I'll hit the 150k limit so I guess that's ok... at the same time... I'm sure if I do... I'll have to go through another fun round of argument with them.
