I was recently in the LAX and JFK ACs around dinner selections and the options were pretty uninspired.

LAX had the same pulled pork sliders and make your own noodle bowl that they've had for months. The noodle thing is very messy to make (it's kinda gross seeing it so messy in a buffet setting) and needs to go.
JFK had a tortellini that was ok and a "chicken" dish whose quality was awful. The chicken tasked like grilled chicken from subway, if you've had the misfortune of tasting that. The quinoa in the chickpea/quinoa salad was badly undercooked, basically raw.

The stuff is maybe at the level of a basic/outstation airline-operated J lounge but you can't call this improved food across the network. The biggest sin is putting out such low quality stuff.
