Is anyone experiencing issues with their American Express Reserve Card? My SkyMiles haven't posted from a recent statement, and typically they post the day after the statement closes. I also haven't received the companion certificate and 4 sky club guest passes that should come upon renewal... (a month ago)

I've called Delta and American Express. American Express says that Delta has had an issue (there's a message in their system that they experienced a partner system error on this transfer) since September 3 that is affecting the transfers between the two companies. No resolution date has been provided.
