I concur, I'm very easy going however people being rude to crew and wait staff really irks me. I can only assume the reason this was not followed up with an offload was due to weather. The Turkish went around twice before diverting to ZAG, there was a heavy thunder storm while we were waiting for the aircraft to land. I think they just wanted to go home, with the delayed 21:25 departure.

What made it even sweeter was by her refusing the service I received double offerings, and got to look at her glazing in to the bulkhead clearly regretting not even having a drink but being to stubborn to admit defeat.
