I wondered if anyone could help with a quick question: I booked a reward flight on KE using Virgin miles and the Korean website doesn't recognize my booking reference in the "My trips" tab. It returns the error "Invalid booking number of ticket number." I've tried things like swapping first name and surname in case of a mapping error but no luck. While seat selection is more of a nice to have than essential, I'm concerned that this might show a problem with the booking which will only become clear when I try to check in.... any ideas? Booking was ticketed about 36 hours ago so I would expect it to have made its way through different systems by now.

ps - I tried asking the Korean Air Chatbot, which has nice pictures but has currently been thinking about the question for about 10 minutes.
