It was never resolved & felt like I was going round in circles.
I believe the issue was probably caused by the hotel but they always blamed Hilton or simply ignored emails.
Annoying this as I thought the hotel was in a good location for me as I was hoping to use the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area to the South of Rome.
If I do book the hotel in the future, which I am sure I will although it may be a while yet, I won’t use points.
