Excellent analysis of the situation by rockflyertalk in post #61.The nub of it is, are they currently doing a less expensive fix of adding more lipstick to the pig? Or are they actually grasping the nettle and taking a completely holistic review of all ot their IT estate and completely redesigning it for the 21st century? The later is clearly more expensive, but done well would give them not only a significant competitive advantage, it would save money in the long run.

Time will tell!
