I know it will be based on availability, but on my last 7 stays at Accor properties, I got more rejection than approval.
I had very little success lately with late checkout. I'm often being told "I can offer 2pm, or later, but then we'd have to charge you". If you can offer me later for a charge, it means it's available and I should be able to get it for free as part of my benefits.
