Likely, yes - if it's IRROPs where the re-booking happens close in (IRROPs usually being within 48 hours of the original departure time). If you proactively re-book a flight 10 days out... maybe less clear. I think I did manage to get ORC for my mother in 2019 when the MAX grounding caused her to get re-booked on DL 3 days out. But since ORC is purely a goodwill policy, it's possible AC could choose to do something different, especially if they feel it's getting too costly for them.
