Do you mean that literally or metaphorically?
Like they wont physically cross a picket line if confronted with one or they won’t work if there are striking workers on premises at the airport?
I assume the former as I’m pretty sure Jazz flights were still happening during the Gate Gourmet strike, for example.
It shouldn’t be that hard to get Jazz pilots to work without crossing a picket line if they had to. And if not could Chorus discipline the pilots, or does their collective agreement allow for them to not have to cross a picket line?
