Amex's Aeroplan card do NOT cover cancellation or delays due to labour dispute.

I took the QM2 across the Atlantic couple months ago, it arrived late into New York and I had to change my flight.
Gone back and forth with RSA (Amex's insurances are underwritten by them ) for months to get my claim approved because the cruise line won't provide a specific reason why it was late (it was mostly weather + some mechanical issues) and RSA insisted "Unforeseen circumstances" is not on their bingo card.

Strike/Lockout/Labour dispute is not on the bingo card either, so I'm not hopeful they will cover it.
