Left Marriott years ago but still have tons of points so was looking at it recently. I noticed at if you book with points, you don't see the Destination Fee until the last page and there is no information about what the fee includes. If you start as a cash booking, then the fee is displayed more prominently and you can hover over for details, although I can't quite figure out how to see the details on the app.
I thought Marriott had AG settlement where they have to display the fees more prominently. Does that not apply to points reservations?
Also I read a lot about how the daily F&B credit does not carry forward. Which day does the "daily" apply to? If it's the day of check in, does that mean it can't be used for breakfast the following day?
