Not sure if this is covered here, but:

In case the new card doesn't show up in your business profile, looks like Chase changed things up a bit since some of the last blogger posts:

Login to your Chase Business account (desktop web browser, not sure if it works on mobile, or if the app has the same feature set)
On the upper-right hand corner is a "person" icon that says Profile and Settings
Click it
Left hand side, go under Account Settings -> Managed Linked Accounts (some of the websites say to go under Show or Hide Accounts, but it doesn't seem to show the new cards any longer)
Then click the: Show My Accounts

Here, it should show the NEW card # and you can add it.
