The hotel has been SUPER helpful but they cannot do anything in regards to point stays.
Can you try to change your reservation on the website? Keep in mind too, it's not necessarily the 5th night free, it's the cheapest of the 5 nights free and changing may trigger a re-pricing if you got a steal on the original redemption.
