All tickets booked on Aer Lingus through BA (and other airlines) come with 23kg hold bag and a standard 10kg (7kg on Aer Lingus Regional) cabin bag as standard.

Logging in to the Aer Lingus website on these bookings won't show it correctly, but the above is true and you'll be fine at the airport, as there are tons of pax from other airlines booked on EI every day.
