I set up 2fa with an authenticator months ago, but the BA login page has never, not once, asked my for my code again.
There doesn't seem to be any account setting area in Manage my Account to do anything with 2fa.
BA have had issues with 2FA so sometimes I think they deactivate it rather than block people logging in. The other possibility is if you ticked a box along the way saying that you trust the browser/device you're using. They'd ask you for login / password but authenticator isn't required on that browser/device for a little while. I'm pretty sure that if you cleared all your cache and cookies for BA.com then you'd end up having to enter it again.
