Have got a couple of ideas ( depending on weather)
Bags left at bell desk then head to Tokyo Station and see the winter illuminations around Marunouchi area then back to the hotel and collect bags
Head to Haneda mid afternoon, drop bags off then monorail to Oi Racecourse for The tokyo mega illumi light display ( last year it might be closed in early Dec for a few days but will check closer to December)

I do like spending time in the comfy seats in the Red Suite ( and the Salon in the JAL F lounge at HND
