In 2021, I bought a ticket to Rome for my parents. Because of COVID, it was impossible to fly and we asked for a refund. A bit later, Alotalia folded and I thought that was the end of it. However, today I got an email asking for my banking details so they can transfer the refund. The email is [email protected]. It also correctly states the ticket number. Has anyone else received such an email and is it legit?
